Ryan Sullivan

External Relations, Millennium Foundation Kosovo


Ryan is a second year MBA candidate at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. He has over 10 years of international experience developing and managing innovative programs and leading diverse teams. He currently works in Business Development and Strategy for Space Kinetic Corp., and early-stage space technology startup based in Berkeley.

Since May 2021, he has worked on the External Relations team with Millennium Foundation Kosovo (MFK). At MFK, he has edited two full-length books, written press releases and speeches for senior diplomatic officials, helped shape stakeholder management strategy, and represented the organization on live national TV in Kosovo. Prior to enrolling at Haas, he served as an economic development specialist with the Peace Corps in Albania. In Albania, he developed the first woman-owned wine cooperative in the country, managed a post-earthquake disaster recovery process with the U.S. Embassy, collaborated with USAID to develop a network of guest houses in northern Albania, and served as President of the Peace Corps Volunteer Advisory Council.

At Haas, Ryan has worked as a Graduate Student Instructor for Leadership Communications and as a Venture Partner for the Haas Impact Fund. He is also the founder and Executive Director of Village to Village, Inc., a nonprofit organization working at the intersection of education and public health with stateless communities in Southeast Asia and the Balkans. He sits on the Board of Directors for Black Pine Circle School in Berkeley and received his undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
