Ray Capp has 35 years of experience as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, and executive leader in product development, technology, entertainment, distribution, and publishing.

After graduating from Vanderbilt with an MBA, Ray worked at Texas Instruments to help develop products such as the Speak & Spell, Little Professor, LED and LCD watches, and the start up calculator line. Other positions Ray has held include COO if Ingram Entertainment, Executive Vice President of Thomas Nelson Publishers, CEO of Pathway Health Partners, and Chairman, Founder, and CEO of ConduIT Corporation.
