Mary is a Consultant within the Customer & Marketing practice at Deloitte. Her professional experiences at the firm have focused in Retail & Consumer Products and Telecommunications, supporting consumer-facing businesses in the identification and execution of strategic customer experience and marketing transformations. She is passionate about rapid prototyping human centered solutions and seeks to apply her strengths, experience and education in marketing to professional experiences in customer strategy and digital innovation. Prior to Deloitte, Mary ran her own direct to consumer jewelry startup and worked in London as a North American property broker. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
