  • Founded a medical device company and took it from patent to MVP medical device product with FDA Breakthrough Designation in 3 years.
  • Responsible for complete redesign of BlueSky Medical’s product line, leading to company acquisition by Smith & Nephew soon after. Process started with designing a new cost allocation system – identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement – and resulted in new product line & marketing materials which reduced SKUs and decreased product costs by 30% while increasing quality, revenue, and brand recognition.
  • Responsible for defining Boston Scientific’s digital health strategy for the Spinal Cord Stimulation product line. The new digital health program has the potential to reduce sales force overhead by over 50%, provide rapid software updates to the field, and allow for more patient and clinician-friendly product solutions.
  • Established new product development process for a $500M+ Healthcare company. Designed SOP and evangelized new system across the organization, significantly reducing project delays and reworks while introducing a minimal amount of process overhead.
