Deetricha is Principal of Deetricha Younger, LLC, a Marketing and Business Consultancy and Founder of YvettePierce (pre-launch), a professional women’s clothing line. She has over 15 years of Corporate experience driving growth by utilizing marketing insights and business best practices. Deetricha is an Army Veteran who was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.

Deetricha has worked for a Fortune 100; a medium-sized, family owned company; and a small, Swiss company. She’s been a Marketing Department Head, managed Multi-Million dollar business lines, and led organization-wide Business Improvement initiatives.  She was awarded Marketer of the Year for Branding in 2013 by AMA DFW and is a Forbes Communications Council Member.

She has a BA in Psychology and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California; an MBA from Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University; and JD from Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University.

Deetricha is on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association, the Advisory Council of Dress for Success Worldwide West and volunteers for SCORE Nashville, American Marketing Association (AMA), AMA Nashville, USC Alumni Entrepreneurs Network, and Mentor Spaces.
