WICP Past Projects

Project 1:

A genomic analytics company partnered with us for a project focused on customer discovery and strategy optimization. Our team of PhD and MBA students worked to refine the customer targeting strategy as well as create a new revenue framework for the client following a global landscape analysis.

Project 2:

A primary care clinic in Nashville used our services to understand how telehealth could fit in their offerings. Our team of consultants from the Medical School worked over a semester to visualize, design and implement a custom workflow for the client.

Project 3:

An entrepreneur specializing in VR healthcare partnered with us to develop their commercialization strategy. Our team of MD and MBA students designed the go-to-market strategy and developed financial models for their product.
