Clara Belden

Founder, The Happy Hour


Clara is the founder and owner of a mental wellness studio in Nashville, TN, called The Happy Hour, whose mission is to make the world a happier place, one conversation at a time. Clara also practices as a Certified Holistic Life Coach at The Happy Hour.

Clara holds a Masters in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, with concentrations in Marketing and Strategy. Prior to founding the Happy Hour, Clara worked in Marketing for Mars Petcare.

In her community, Clara serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Zoo, as well as the Zoo’s Executive Committee, where Clara is the Chair of the Education Committee. Clara represents the state of Tennessee on the National Committee for Performing Arts for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. Clara is also a member of the High Hopes Committee, supporting the Lindner Center of Hope, a non-profit mental health facility for adults and children in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Clara resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Wesley and their daughter Frances (4.5 years) and son George (2.5 years).
