Village at Vanderbilt Townhouses
Located adjacent to the Peabody campus and the Martha Rivers Ingram Commons, the Village at 
Vanderbilt Townhouses will be included in the on-campus housing inventory for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Each townhouse will house three students, and consists of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom. Each unit is fully carpeted and air-conditioned. In addition, all townhouses feature a second floor balcony.
