The Vanderbilt Career Center utilizes Handshake to manage interactions between students and employers. Please create an account to schedule recruiting events (on campus or virtual) and promote jobs and internships to Vanderbilt students.

- September 5: Labor Day (no recruiting events)
- September 19 – 23: Commodore Career Week
- September 25 – 27: Rosh Hashanah (no evening recruiting activities)
- October 4 – 5: Yom Kippur (no evening recruiting activities)
- October 13 – 14: Fall Break for Undergraduate Students (no recruiting events)
- November 19 – 27: Thanksgiving Holidays (no recruiting events)
- December 8: Reading Days & Undergraduate Classes End – Recruiting Season Ends
Spring 2023
- January 9: First Day of Classes – Recruiting Season Begins
- January 16: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (no recruiting events)
- February 15: Engineering Career Fair (details on Handshake)
- February 16: All Majors Career Fair (details on Handshake)
- March 11 – 19: Spring Break (no recruiting events)
- April 24: Undergraduate Classes End – Recruiting Season Ends
