Career fairs provide employers a fantastic opportunity to meet thousands of talented Vanderbilt undergraduates. Career fairs also provide a space to enhance your brand and promote upcoming engagement opportunities such as on-campus interviews and information sessions.

September 23: Engineering Career Fair

September 24: ALL MAJORS CAREER FAIR

4:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Career Fairs will move to a virtual platform in the event of inclement weather or if we are unable to hold the event in-person.

Registration fees vary by event. For more information, reach out to our Employer Specialists at recruiting@vanderbilt.edu or visit the events section on DoreWays.

Assistance for drop-off and pick-up is available in the loading zone located in the circle driveway in front of the Student Life Center. Once you unload your items, we will assist you in bringing them into the building.

Parking will be available in the 25th Avenue Garage, enter off Highland Avenue. As with most universities parking is limited so if you can use rideshare, hotel shuttle, etc. that may make your day more enjoyable.

Please contact us if you require accessible parking (you will still need to display your placard).

Please post all updated job and internship postings directly in DoreWays. There is never a charge to post. If you require assistance please forward your postings to recruiting@vanderbilt.edu.

The Career Center will promote your organization to students during the weeks leading up to the fair through email campaigns, social media, etc.

BOOTH SETUP WILL BEGIN AT 1:30 P.M. ALL BOOTHS SHOULD BE SET UP AND READY BY 3:00 P.M.

Booths at the career fair will not have electrical access.

Booths will be placed in alphabetical order by employer name. Students and employers will receive a guide that includes a directory and locations of all participating employers.

Two chairs are provided at each booth.

Wireless Internet available. Details for connecting to the wireless Internet is provided at check-in.

Exhibit materials will be accepted starting Wednesday, September 2nd. We will not be able to store your materials before this date. Your materials will be at your booth on the day of the career fair.

Return Shipping Information: We have scheduled FedEx Express and Ground pickup and UPS service. Please package and label your boxes/items for the return shipping with your FedEx account information. Your company is responsible for shipping charges.

Interview rooms are available in the days before and after the career fair. There is never a charge for use of interview rooms and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refreshments and meals are included in the registration cost; the menu varies by event.

Employers will receive a 100% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the Career Fair.  No refunds after that date.
