Meet the Residential Staff | Interior Photos
Dyer Hall is a part of Kissam Quadrangle, along with Currey, Reinke, Hemingway, Mims and Kissam Halls.
All rooms in Dyer Hall are single rooms.
The first floor includes some residential space and the maintenance equipment for
the building. The upper three floors are all residential spaces.
Currently, the building houses approximately 100 first year students. Beginning with the 2008/2009 academic year, all residence halls comprised by Kissam Quad will be designated for upperclass students.
A staff member resides on each floor. Dyer Hall
also has a information desk which is staffed daily,
Monday through Friday. On the weekend, the information desk is staffed twenty-four
hours a day by a trained worker. Between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday,
residents of Dyer Hall may go to Mims Hall for assistance and information.
The lobby has a television viewing area. A typical room measures 12'6" x 8'5".
