University Counseling Center

Sean is originally from Southwest Michigan and has spent his entire professional career in the hospitality industry.  Starting out as a bellman and progressing into a Corporate Director of Operations role, he oversaw multiple award-winning hotels in the U.S.  Deciding on a career change to support a better work-life balance, Sean has joined Vanderbilt with the goal of finding opportunities to incorporate hospitality into the students’ well-being and supporting their academic goals through the services provided.  Outside of the office, Sean spends most of his time being an Uber driver for his kids or out on the golf course.
