Turnitin Workshop on Wednesday 8/12

Join our partners from Turnitin on Wednesday August 12th at 2 PM for a training session catered toward online teaching. In this session, we’ll be reviewing the many ways Turnitin can help facilitate learning and assessment in online spaces. This workshop is open to all Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and teaching assistants and will be held through Zoom.

Updated Brightspace Support Availability

The EdTech team has transitioned support models. From 5 PM – 11 PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Requests related to submissions due before 9 AM the following business day
• Requests regarding courses held before 9 AM the following business day
• Major outages

All other emails received between 5 PM and 11 PM will be addressed when our team returns to normal support at 7 AM the following business day. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions at brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.
