OAK Upgrade Scheduled: OAK Unavailable December 21-22

OAK support will need to take advantage of Winter Break to install Blackboard service packs and begin initial work for the OAK Enhancement Project. OAK will be available through Tuesday, December 20 so faculty can report grades. Beginning early morning Wednesday, December 21, through Thursday, December 22, OAK will be unavailable. During this time, please visit the main OAK website for availability updates.
When the upgrade is complete, ALL COURSE AREAS WILL LOOK AS THEY DID BEFORE; the changes will be transparent to faculty and students.

New Brightspace Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 7 AM and 11 PM Monday through Friday. From 5 PM to 11 PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Requests related to submissions due before 9 AM the following business day
• Requests regarding courses held before 9 AM the following business day
• Major outages

All other emails will be addressed when the team returns to normal support at 7 AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our on-demand resources to answer any questions that arise.
