Unscheduled OAK Outage Saturday, 04/23/11 at 6AM

This afternoon, OAK Support noticed that there was a problem with the process that takes the enrollments in YES and updates them in OAK. The issue causes enrollment changes for Spring 2011 and Summer 2011 to not be processed. In order to correct this, OAK needs to be “down” for approximately 30 minutes.

OAK will be down Saturday, April 23, beginning at 6:00 AM. Please visit the main OAK website for OAK availability updates.

New Brightspace Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 7 AM and 11 PM Monday through Friday. From 5 PM to 11 PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Requests related to submissions due before 9 AM the following business day
• Requests regarding courses held before 9 AM the following business day
• Major outages

All other emails will be addressed when the team returns to normal support at 7 AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our on-demand resources to answer any questions that arise.
