Backpack Heroes Wanted!
Student Affairs is collecting school supplies for the 2022-23 academic year in conjunction with the Backpack Heroes program with Youth Villages.
Youth Villages provides Middle Tennessee with new backpacks and school supplies for the upcoming year and we are asking for help being a Hero to our community! Donations will be collected in Sarratt 310 through July 22nd. A list of items needed is below. Please do not donate any pencil sharpeners, scissors, compasses or metal rulers, or protractors.
Items Needed:
- Large backpacks
- 3-ring binders (1”)
- Composition books
- 2-pocket folders
- Pencils and erasers
- Pencil pouches
- Red, blue & black pens
- Wide-ruled and college-ruled paper
- Colored pencils
- Markers
- Protractor
- Rulers (no metal edges)
- Highlighters
- Construction paper
- Calculators
