The Office of Leadership Development and Intercultural Affairs (LDIA) mission is to develop inclusive leaders to effect purposeful change in a global society.

Through its work, LDIA strives to stimulate collaboration between the divisions that comprise one of America’s top universities. In addition, LDIA provides resources, advocacy and programming that enable students at Vanderbilt University to develop the skills to effect purposeful change in their surrounding communities.
