Join the Staff Engagement and Community Committee
The Staff Engagement and Community Committee is seeking new members for the 2022-2023 academic year. The committee meets bi-weekly and assists with the development and implementation of division-wide activities and events that build community and recognize staff. The Committee also reviews and makes recommendations to the DOS Leadership Team regarding the creation of or revisions to staff engagement and team-building policies.
The committee is seeking new members who are passionate about the following:
- Building relationships and collaborating across DOS units
- Developing employee engagement initiatives to recognize and appreciate staff
- Creating community and supporting staff in the onboarding process
- Implementing programs and opportunities with a focus on wellness, recognition, and professional relationship building.
If you are interested in joining the committee, please complete the Anchor Link form. It is important that we have representation from various DOS departments and positions so priority will be given to staff members from areas that are not currently serving on the committee.
