[IM] PERFECTION PROJECT Speak-Out

Join us on Tuesday, October 3rd for the first [IM]Perfection Project Speak-Out event of the school year. We invite undergraduate and graduate students to come listen to peers share their stories about topics related to perfectionism, fear of failure, and mental health at Vanderbilt. The event will be held in Kissam C216 Classroom from 8-9pm. Hot chocolate and donuts will be provided!

This event is co-sponsored by Warren and Moore and is in connection to the Resilient Souls Project exhibit. Students are welcome and encouraged to visit the exhibit before or after the Speak-Out Panel.

Wellbeing Workshops Fall 2017

The Center for Student Wellbeing offers Wellbeing Workshops on academic skills and time management, mindfulness, general wellbeing, and resilience. Workshops are open to all students.

CSW Peer-to-Peer Wellbeing Coaching

Peer guides (PGs) are Vanderbilt undergraduate students who have received training in wellbeing (time management, stress reduction, social support, etc.). They offer students a space to seek peer support and guidance. If you have a student who would benefit from meeting with a PG, encourage them call the CSW to schedule an appointment at 615-322-0480. For specific hours, please visit the website.
