Nachde Nashville 2017

Nachde Nashville is the largest intercollegiate Bhangra competition in the South, taking place in Langford Auditorium on April 1, 2017. Bhangra is a traditional Indian dance form that originated from Punjab, and collegiate teams fuse traditional moves with contemporary music such as dub step and hip-hop. Come out to celebrate Indian culture and watch 8 teams from all over the nation compete for a cash prize! This year we are proud to partner with Project RISHI and Triveni Care,  two non-profits promoting sustainable development in rural communities in India.  Tickets are available for purchase at the Sarratt Cinema Box Office.
