OHARE Welcomes Assistant Directors

Assistant Directors begin in Residential Education
Three Assistant Directors have started in their new roles in Residential Education.

Nadine De La Rosa
Nadine De La Rosa

Nadine De La Rosa is the Assistant Director for First Year Engagement and Community Development. Nadine will supervise the Area Coordinators at the Martha Rivers Ingram Commons. In addition, she will work with Dean of the Ingram Commons staff and the Faculty Heads of House focusing on the first year experience. She will also lead the continued implementation of Community Development Plans for each residential community as well as facilitating departmental programming, recognition initiatives, and house council support.

 

Anthony Sierra

Anthony Sierra is the Assistant Director for Selection and Training. Anthony will supervise the Area Coordinators for Branscomb, Blakemore, and Carmichael Towers. In addition, he will coordinate recruitment, selection, and on-boarding of Head Resident and Resident Adviser staff, Graduate Area Coordinator staff, Front Desk Assistant staff, and the ACUHO-I intern. He will also assist with professional staff recruitment. Additionally, he will develop and execute the evaluation process of all paraprofessional staff in Residential Education.

 

 

Matt Sinclair
Matt Sinclair

Matt Sinclair is the Assistant Director for Upper-class College Halls, Living Learning Communities and Assessment. Matt will supervise the Area Coordinators for Warren and Moore Colleges, Alumni Lawn, and Highland Quad. In addition, he will work with Faculty Directors and Graduate Fellows in Warren and Moore Colleges and Faculty in Residence in McGill Hall to assist in achieving the goals of the College Halls and the McGill Project. He and his staff will facilitate the recruitment for Mayfield, McGill, McTyeire, and Vanderbilt Innovation Projects. Additionally, he will work closely with Dr. Christy Russell, coordinating all assessment for Residential Education.
