Brightspace Content is Getting Upgraded
Beginning with the Fall 2027 semester, Brightspace courses will begin using the New Content Experience by default. Additionally, Instructors now have the ability to enable or disable the New Content Experience in their own courses ahead of the change in Fall 2027. Gradescope is an online assignment submission and grading platform. Your instructor may ask you to submit assignments on this platform either by scanning in physical assignments or by completing online assignments. Gradescope is fully integrated with Brightspace. In other words, you do not need to exit Brightspace to take advantage of using Gradescope and your course assignments will link directly with Gradescope.
