Can I change the webcam I want to use with Respondus LockDown Browser?

If you would like to use a particular webcam with Respondus Lockdown Browser, especially a webcam other than your built-in webcam, you can do so by clicking the “change my webcam” link during the webcam check.

Updated Brightspace Support Availability

The EdTech team has transitioned support models. From 5 PM – 11 PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Requests related to submissions due before 9 AM the following business day
• Requests regarding courses held before 9 AM the following business day
• Major outages
