Unused/Empty Courses to be Removed from OAK (Spring 2007 – Spring 2012 ONLY)
In our ongoing effort to improve the OAK user experience, OAK Support is removing all courses setup prior to May 2012 that have NO CONTENT OF ANY KIND in them and NO ENTRIES in the Grade Center. This includes courses for Spring 2007 through Spring 2012 that were never used. (Courses for Summer 2012 and Fall 2012 that have no content in them will remain on the system for the time being.)
Over the next several days, you may see a smaller list of courses the next time you log in because the removed courses will no longer be in your list. OAK will remain available; this work will be done in background and users should not experience performance loss during the process.
