The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is responsible for providing financial assistance to students whose economic circumstances are such that they could not otherwise afford to attend. In addition, The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides limited merit-based assistance to select undergraduate students who demonstrate exceptional accomplishment and intellectual promise.

Your Enrollment Services (YES) | Website 

Your Enrollment Services (YES) is the primary academic records and registration portal for Vanderbilt University students, including access to your student billing. 

Card Services | Website 

One of the most important items you will need as a Vanderbilt student is your Commodore Card. The Commodore Card is your official Vanderbilt ID. It is used for identification, for access to residence halls, academic buildings, and campus events, and as a debit card for meal plans and other purchases on and off campus.   

Experience Vanderbilt | Website 

Experience Vanderbilt (EV) is a student-led, university-supported initiative that provides undergraduate students who qualify for need-based financial aid with funding for extracurricular activities that have fees. These extracurricular activities include student organizations, club sports, arts, and cultural experiences, service trips, outdoor recreation trips, Greek Life, or any official Vanderbilt student organization that has fees associated with participation. 

Student Accounts | Website 

The Office of Student Accounts is the centralized billing and collection point for student accounts. The primary function of the Student Accounts office is to issue bills, receive payments and provide information to help understand the aspects of a Vanderbilt account. Student Accounts posts miscellaneous charges and credits by the department from which they originate.
