Welcome to Tutoring Services!
At Vanderbilt Tutoring Services, you have the opportunity to meet individually or in a group setting with a talented staff of tutors who will help you enhance your academic performance through the power of collaborative learning. Services are free of charge and open to all currently enrolled Vanderbilt students. All programming is currently being held in-person or online via videoconference.
In Summer 2022, Tutoring Services will again offer online tutoring support (via Zoom) during Summer Sessions 1 and 2 beginning Tuesday, June 7 and ending Friday, August 12. All Tutoring Services programs are free and open to all enrolled Vanderbilt students.
For Summer 2022, we invite you to consider our Tutor Match option, which allows you to set up regularly occurring, weekly sessions with a peer tutor for the full semester. Since summer sessions are only four weeks long, we will prioritize early Tutor Match set ups with any of our Summer tutors. See our tutors’ bios here, and then email Dr. Erickson today to get your Tutor Match session started! Registration for Tutor Match begins on Monday, May 23 and will continue as tutor availability allows.
To make an appointment, select the “Schedule an Appointment” button on our homepage.
As announced March 9, the university no longer requires masking or physical distancing indoors. All individuals continue to have the option of wearing a mask indoors, including in the Writing Studio, which joins the university in continuing to support those who want to wear a mask at any time for any reason and in expecting all community members to respect one another, as well.
