Tutor Match and Weekly Drop-in / Group Schedule available for Spring 2026
Hello STEM students! It’s the end of the second week of spring semester already! Keep in mind Tutoring Services for all your STEM course assistance.
Tutor Match is available for Spring 2026!
- Step 1. Reserve an individual appointment with a tutor for the relevant course using WCOnline, our online scheduling platform.
- Step 2. Make note of your tutor’s name, time, and date of your session in our online scheduling platform. This info is also included in the confirmation email you are sent.
- Step 3. Complete this online Tutor Match request form.

Group Schedule Available!
Consider adding in a session in a group setting or for a drop-in hour, both of which allow you to meet with tutors for an additional three maximum appointments per week on the Group Schedule.

Tutoring Services student job application open for start date of Fall 2026!
We are opening our tutoring application early this year to give interested students plenty of time to view and reach out with any questions. Go to our website under Student Jobs: STEM Tutor Jobs, and look over the information.
The completed application deadline will be Sunday, March 22, 11:59 p.m., Central Standard Time. Be sure to check out the FAQ page for some common questions we can help answer. For anything else, feel free to reach out at tutoring@vanderbilt.edu.
1-on-1 Appointments available
Tutoring Services is always open for individual appointments! Our first appointments began on Wednesday, January 7th at 1:00pm at our main location, 1801 Edgehill, Suite 112, as well as online appointments. We also hold tutoring sessions on main campus at the K.C. Potter Center and at the Black Cultural Center.
Remember that in the spring semesters, our tutoring appointment limits increase to three per week per schedule. This means that you may meet with your individual tutor on the 1-on-1 schedule up to three times per week, and once we open the Group Schedule, you may meet with your group tutor for an additional three times per week.
Spring 2026 Opening and Closure Dates
For Spring 2026, tutoring appointments will be available starting Wednesday, January 7 and will end Wednesday, April 29.
Spring 2025 Closures
Appointments will not be available this Spring on the following dates during university holidays and breaks.
- Monday, January 19 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Sunday, March 8, through Sunday, March 15 – Spring Break
