Fall 2025 Schedule – Now Live!
We’re excited, as always, to continue serving the Vanderbilt community at Tutoring Services this fall. Our Fall 2025 schedule is now live on WCOnline, meaning that appointments can now be booked for the Fall Semester.
Keep reading below for details of our Fall 2025 opening and closure dates, as well as updates on our hours and locations this semester.
Fall 2025 Opening and Closure Dates
For Fall 2025, tutoring appointments will be available starting Monday, August 25, through Friday, December 12. As always, we are open Sundays through Thursdays from 1:00pm till closing at 9:00pm.
Note: As mentioned previously, the Writing Studio and Tutoring Services now utilize a single, shared WCOnline scheduling site.
Fall 2025 Closures
Appointments will not be available this fall on the following dates during university holidays and breaks.
- Thursday, October 9, through Sunday, October 12, 2025 – Fall Break
- Sunday, November 23, through Sunday, November 30, 2025 – Thanksgiving Break
