Spring Break Dissertation Writers’ Retreat – Register by Friday, February 21!
As part of the our annual dissertation writers retreat series, the Writing Studio will host a dissertation writers’ retreat during spring break on March 7-8, 2022.
To attend, registration is required by Monday, February 21, using the Online Dissertation Writers Retreat Registration form.

When: March 7-8, 2022, 9:00am – 4:00pm each day

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by Thursday, February 24 and asked to confirm their participation by Tuesday, March 1.
About the Retreat
The retreat is designed to provide dissertating students with a community of support and opportunities for goal setting and skill building alongside loosely structured time to work individually on their writing projects.
Graduate students working on master’s theses and other advanced writing projects are also welcome to participate. We will couple ample writing time with optional daily workshops and one-on-one writing consultations.
*Special Note on location
We currently plan to offer the retreat in person in alignment with the university’s plan to resume in-person activities beginning January 24. If circumstances require that we move the event online, applicants will be notified no later than February 24.
