Writing Studio Scheduler Outage
There is a known issue with the server that hosts the Writing Studio scheduler. If you have scheduled an appointment before 5 PM on 2/23, your appointment is still held for you. At this time, the Writing Studio cannot schedule appointments except on a walk-in basis. Appointments, when available, will be released at 10 minutes after the hour (for example, 10:10 AM, 11:10, and so on). VUIT is working on the issue, which affects several departments and services on Vanderbilt’s campus and Medical Center. Thank you for your understanding!
