Brandon Almand

Brandon began his marching career on trombone in North Carolina, graduating from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Theatre. After performing with the Teal Sound Drum and Bugle Corps on baritone, he discovered a love for color guard and went on to spin with Carolina Gold, Spirit of Atlanta, Pride of the Mountains Marching Band, and Western Carolina Winterguard.

As an educator, Brandon has worked in all aspects of choreography and visual design for multiple high school band programs and winterguards across North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. He has spent time as a drill writer, visual caption head, choreographer, guard director, design consultant, and clinician. He is passionate about creating design and choreography that allows performers to expand their skills, elevate their confidence, and share their love of performing with the world!
