Vanderbilt Commons

The Campus Commons residence and dining cluster was one of the largest construction projects in Vanderbilt’s history. It delivered the first LEED-certified building on a university campus in the state, and when it was built was the largest group of sustainable buildings in the Southeast. It is the university’s community for first-year students. The Commons includes 4 LEED Gold certified buildings and 3 LEED Silver certified buildings.
