Project Intake
The Campus Planning and Construction department oversees a variety of projects ranging from summer projects to renovation and small construction projects to university capital projects. To provide the best quality of service for the Vanderbilt community and its customers, it is important that when submitting a project that the correct form is used. Please read over the following and select the form that aligns with your project needs:
** All Summer Project requests must be submitted using eBuilder by February 15.
eBuilder
A third-party cloud-based construction and renovation project management information system. The software will streamline and manage a project from initial request through closeout for all projects managed by Campus Planning and Construction (CPC) and Renovation and Small Construction (RSC). All new construction, renovation and facility renewal project requests must be submitted using the eBuilder Project Intake Form.
ReADY
ReADY is a program that assists the facilities team to receive projects, but also to oversee the project from start to finish while effectively communicating with the customer. The following project requests will be submitted using ReADY:
