Re-initiate a Kaltura Capture Upload

If your Kaltura Capture video has been processing for a long time (hours), we suggest that you try starting the upload again.

1. Select “Manage” on the right side of the recorder to open your library
   
2. Find the recording that’s giving you issues and select “Re-upload”<
