Dave is the Director of Strategic Programs for Potentia Workforce, and works to support companies in becoming more neuroinclusive through training on best practices, as well as recruiting and providing ongoing support to neurodistinct professionals.
In this webinar Jessica and Dave discuss belonging, as well as fielding attendee questions. Some topics include the programs run at Potentia, such as the STARS and EMPOWERS programs, Psychological safety at work, and the experience of belonging as a neurodiverse individual in the workforce.
