Oct. 3 | How to Delegate at Work Webinar with Hallie Crawford
Learning how to delegate effectively can be difficult for professionals at any level and stage in their career. You're managing a range of tasks as well as working with a range of co-workers and employees with varying backgrounds, skill sets, ages, and work styles. Delegating successfully is even more important for professionals who now work within teams that are in person, remote, and in some cases, with varying work hours. And most employees these days want autonomy and independence versus feeling like they are working with micromanagers. These are good things! But, to adjust to these factors, we all need to learn to delegate clearly in order to leverage our teams' strengths effectively.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- How to know when and when not to delegate
- Ways to handle delegation effectively
- How to delegate
- Strategies to move past the fear of delegating and learn to let goThursday, October 3

Rebecca is an International Coaching Federation certified coach and has coached entrepreneurs and employees at companies like McKinsey, Apple, and UBS, as well as various Vanderbilt alumni. Her effectiveness as a coach also lies in her own personal and professional journey: after graduating from Vanderbilt, she began a job at Google, ultimately being promoted to team manager while working on performance management and equity/inclusion.
