Kacey Cardin

Yanika Daniels, BE'02, is a certified career coach with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Tiffany J. Franklin

Tiffany Franklin BA '96 serves as a recruiting manager in executive search for a national boutique firm and helps companies throughout the United States build their leadership teams (C-suite and Vice Presidents). These clients include organizations across industries from Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized and smaller VC portfolio companies. She spends hours each week reviewing LinkedIn profiles, networking, and interviewing candidates; therefore, she knows how to help you stand out to hiring managers for all the right reasons.

Prior to going into executive search, Tiffany spent a decade as a career coach advising executives and job seekers of all levels on career exploration, job search strategy, resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interviewing, and negotiating compensation packages. She has helped clients find roles at top companies within tech, finance, consulting, engineering, transportation, healthcare, entertainment, public relations, legal, and non-profit sectors.

Noelle Janka

Leigh Ann Roberts
