Now Live! – Writing Studio Spring 2026 Schedule (with hours and key dates)
We’re excited, as always, to continue serving the Vanderbilt community at the Writing Studio this Spring. Our Spring 2026 schedule is now live on WCOnline, meaning that appointments can now be booked for the Spring Semester.
Keep reading below for details of our Spring 2026 opening and closure dates, as well as updates on our hours and locations this semester.
Spring 2026 Opening and Closure Dates
For Spring 2026, writing consultation appointments will be available starting Monday January 5 during our regular hours (see below), and will end Wednesday April 29.
Writing Studio Hours by Location
Writing Studio appointments will be available starting at 9:00 a.m. and ending most days at 9:00 p.m. Note: Evening hours (5 PM or later) will begin on Wednesday January 7.
Below are our regular hours at our two primary locations. As always, however, the best way to see current availability across all locations, including our weekly satellite hours, is to sign into WCOnline using the “Schedule an Appointment” button on our homepage: /https://www.vanderbilt.edu/writing/

Spring 2026 Closures
Appointments will not be available this Spring on the following dates during university holidays and breaks.
- Monday, January 19 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Sunday, March 8, through Sunday, March 15 – Spring Break
