Program Manager, Innovation Facilitation

The Program Manager, Innovation Facilitation, operates within Vanderbilt University's Wond’ry, an Innovation Center, where they assume a pivotal role as a key team member. We are actively seeking an adaptable and dynamic Program Manager who possesses exceptional multitasking skills, a genuine interest in exploring and implementing innovation processes, and adept communication abilities to join our innovative team. Responsible for fostering a creative and collaborative environment that generates innovative ideas and solutions, this role involves leading brainstorming sessions, workshops, and ideation processes that harness the collective creativity of cross-functional teams. The Innovation Facilitator facilitates a structured approach to idea generation while encouraging a culture of open-minded exploration and experimentation. Collaborating closely with the Innovation and Design Strategy (I&DS) team, you will shape program strategies, oversee successful delivery of program and workshops, and steer implementation to yield meaningful outcomes for all stakeholders.

The Wond’ry Internship Network (WIN) provides a platform for undergraduate and graduate students from Tennessee-based institutions of higher learning to reach their inner innovator. Students can explore their passions by choosing between a variety of opportunities within one of the many Wond’ry practice areas (Biomedical Innovation, Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Research & Design, Making, the Launch Incubator, and the Wond’ry itself). Through each project, interns not only learn relevant skills but also make an impact by assisting in trailblazing work.
