Dr. Weaver’s clinical practice focuses on surgery for benign and malignant tumors, metastatic disease to the brain and spine, and the skull base, with a focus on acoustic neuroma (vestibular schwannoma) and pituitary tumors.

His current research interest are focused on minimally invasive approaches to skull base and other tumors using minimally invasive techniques. To achieve this he is directly involved in the development of steerable curved tube robots.
