Memberships to the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center will only be available for purchase only by active University faculty, staff, and postdocs.
Vanderbilt students registered for fall classes will be automatically assessed the mandatory Student Service Fees. Over 20 program areas for students to engage with are covered by the Student Service Fees including access to the Rec beginning in August. A Vandy student must register for classes to be assessed the Student Service Fees.
Purchasing a Membership
- Active university faculty, staff, and postdocs must purchase a membership in person before being able to enter the facility.

Canceling a Membership
Members wishing to cancel their membership must please fill out the Membership Cancellation Request form below. Membership cancellations must be submitted on or before the 25th of the prior month of cancellation.
- Once the Membership Cancellation Request form has been submitted, the member will receive an email confirmation of their canceled membership.
