Fitness Programs:
Our fitness programs are free of charge to Vanderbilt students and Rec Center members. REGISTRATION is required.
Instructional Programs:
Power Room Orientation
This session will teach you how to use the Power Room equipment and provide instruction on how to perform more intermediate exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press exercises.
This class meets for 1.5 hours Only sign up for one session as all sessions are the same.

- Session 1: Feb 5
- Session 2: Feb 12
- Session 3: Feb 19
- Session 4: Feb 26
Time: 1:30 – 3:00 PM
Location: First Floor Power Room
Fitness Room Orientation
This session will teach you proper gym etiquette and the basics of how to start your exercise program. Learn about the rec center policies and the equipment in the first-floor fitness room and second floor fitness loft. A certified personal trainer will instruct this class.
This class meets for 55 minutes. Only sign up for one session as all sessions are the same.
