The Curb Center’s Associate Director, Dr. Steven Tepper, has been announced as the keynote speaker in this fall’s upcoming ArtsForce conference. On November 1st and 2nd, the conference will be held at the University of Utah for College of Fine Arts undergraduate students.
The ArtsForce conference creatively engages with students, primarily to provide tools for transitioning into the modern workforce. Over the two days, students will have access to workshops, speakers, and networking opportunities. Through Steven Tepper’s “Creativity in the Modern Workforce” and Sally Gaskill’s (Executive Director of Strategic National Arts Alumni Project) “How a National Arts Alumni Conversation Affects You,” as well as industry panels and other workshops, students will be presented with information on transferrable skill development. Upon the conference’s culmination, students will likely feel more prepared for the post-graduate experience.
