Interfaith Council

The Vanderbilt Interfaith Council is a student organization representing a wide variety of faith traditions. Our purpose is to promote understanding and respect of diverse spiritual beliefs by means of communication, dialogue, education and advocacy, both on campus and in the greater community. To this end, Interfaith Council meets bi-weekly to discuss various issues relating to faith, religion, and spirituality, and coordinates several large, community-wide programming events each year. In addition, Interfaith Council provides support and co-sponsorship funding to the vast majority of registered student religious organizations, helping them to achieve their individual goals and serve their respective communities.
