Brittaney Baker is a coordinator for the International pathway in the Office of Immersion Resources. She brings with her experience in Career Services, Post-Secondary Counseling, and Strengths-Based Youth Development.

From her own time as an undergraduate student, Brittaney found that experiential learning was the core of her development as a student and global citizen. She also discovered that we learn more when we step outside of the boundary of our comfort zones. She hopes that students return from their travels with stories and life lessons. She is excited to work alongside the Immersion team and to positively contribute to Vanderbilt University.

Brittaney earned her B.A. from Coe College and her MSW in Organizational Leadership & Policy Practice from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work.
