Work in the Keith lab focuses on human populations in Argentina, Bangladesh, Dominica, and the United States. She is particularly interested in how humans adapt and respond to environmental stressors, especially with respect to the role of maternal health on intergenerational outcomes. To this end, she has been developing causal pathway models of maternal health disparities in the US.
