Panhellenic COFFEE CHATS

Panhellenic Coffee Chats allow potential new members (you all) the chance to meet with active sorority members to get to know them and learn more about the Panhellenic sorority experience. Each Monday, the Panhellenic VP of Recruitment will share a list of interested potential new members with active sorority members. The sorority members will then reach out to their coffee chat date for and schedule a time to meet that week. Meetings can last up to an hour and you all will be spending time together on campus in activities such as eating a meal, getting coffee, or taking a walk.

PANHELLENIC FORMAL spring RECRUITMENT

Panhellenic Recruitment will be held over two weekends at the beginning of the Spring 2024 academic term.

  • Panhellenic Formal Recruitment Registration begins – September 10th
  • Panhellenic Preview Day (PPD) Registration Deadline– October 29th
    You only need to register for Formal Recruitment to participate in PPD
  • Panhellenic Formal Recruitment Registration ends – December 17th
  • Potential New Member Orientation -Friday January 5th
    5:30 pm in the Student Life Center Ballrooms
  • Round One – Saturday January 6th
  • Round Two – Sunday January 7th
  • Round Three – Friday January 12th
  • Potential New Member Pre-Preference Meeting – Saturday January 13th
  • Round Four – Saturday January 13th
  • Bid Day – Sunday January 14th
