Computational Core and Resources

Computational Resource for Structural Biology

The CSB operates computational facilities with the goal of providing state-of-the art hardware, software and expertise to perform advanced computational projects. The facility features a CPU/GPU cluster, a molecular modeling lab, and access to the latest versions of hundreds of structural biology applications provided by a combination of SBGrid membership, commercial software licenses, and software repositories supported in-house. Investigators can work with our computational facilities through collaborative, training, or fee-for-service modes.

CSB Computing Core Facilities

The CSB Computing Core provides outreach and training in multiple Computational Structural Biology techniques, maintains state-of-the-art high-performance and throughput computing facilities, and offers end-user UNIX system administration and support services.
