Brightspace Support

Brightspace is Vanderbilt University’s primary course management system, providing a core set of digital tools designed to support teaching and learning across campus. Our website provides information about the platform to Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and students.

We serve as Brightspace’s administrative home and provide both technical and pedagogical support for instructors using it. If you have questions about Brightspace, we encourage you to reference our On-Demand Resources for support at any time. To contact us directly, please refer to our support page.

To view upcoming learning opportunities, please refer to our Educational Technology Learning Opportunities page.

Integrated Education Tools

Vanderbilt’s Brightspace platform offers many different tools for education integrated within it. Our Educational Technology Resources page will be updated as new tools become available, so check back often for information and resources as they go live.

We’ve also included some tools which are not integrated with Brightspace, but you may find useful in your courses. Inquiries regarding new integrations should be directed to the Brightspace team at brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.
