Professional experience includes executive positions at the Advisory Company, the Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner), edo Interactive, Spring Marketplace, FutureSelf Discover and Ideascape.

Jonathan earned his BS degree from Vanderbilt University (Human and Organizational Development) and his MBA from The George Washington University.
